i had booked a domain name which expired and now shows not avialable with locked statis. Can still register it for me? how?

I have had my domain name for 3 years and it expired yesterday. I don’t remember who I purchased it from and am not sure how to renew it. Any help would be appreciated.

Im trying to buy a domain name using godaddy.com. I look it up and it says taken. I run a whois query on it and it says it expired 2 months ago. Whats up with this? How can I find out when its really expired and available?

I see some domain names are going to expire, but I have no time to watch them, any website I can join waiting list, if the site does not renew, I am going to register it.

Somebody has already taken the domain name that corresponds to (my name).com. However, there are only a few pics on the site and it doesn’t really seem to be kept up. Is there a way to find out when that person’s ownership of that site name will expire?

Just wondering if anyone has any expertise on this. Domain expiration listed as 8/2 on swhois.net and I am trying to register it. Thanks in advance!
