A domain name I want expires toomorow. When can I try to register it?

There is a domain name I want that expires tomorrow (April 1st) . Assuming the owner does not re register it when can I try to register for it? Is there a waiting period or can I try to register it tomorrow?
its one of those pages thats completely useless, has google listings and go daddy adverts (its registered/hosted with go daddy)

    As soon as you can. What is it for currently? Abig business or personal? Use your brain.

    Most Domain host will lock the name for up to 90 days to give the current owner the chance to renew
