Can i copyright domain name?

but i see a website ondarizeent.com out now

is there a way i can copyright my name maybe since i’ve had it longer and get this person to stop using that name?

    their name is different than yours. You don’t own every possible combination or variation.
    besides no one will ever spell your name and get theirs but you may end up with lots of their traffic.

    By registering a domain name, you are entitled to use that domain name, but not variations of it. (Ondarizeent.com is not the same domain as Ondarize.com.) Names cannot be copyrighted; they can be trademarked. You would have to trademark the name, then attempt to prove that the variation “ondarizeent” violates the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act.
