I have a good dot-com name i created 10 years ago and 6 months ago, i forgot to renew and it got expired and immediately picked up by somebody (ouch and dammmm). I can’t do nothing about it. So I am planning to file trademark on the Dot-Com name for my origional business concept since the new owner has not done anything to it yet…Trade Mark Attorney pls advise. Because I am the fist to trade mark and copyrighted the domain name not the owner of the domain! Right?
so i want to buy these nike free run+ black/red leather shoes
and i found this website, www.nike-frees.com and they are supposedly a wholesale online store.
they’re extremely cheap, about 60% discounted from retail price. i’ve also checked their domain name which told me they registered this domain name 22 days ago with 344 days until it expires, i have emailed them a few questions. they respond in less than a day.
any help in finding more ways to check if these websites are real or not is appreciated or just any advice. thanks alot
basically i’m a freelance designer. my previous portfolio used to be www.ameen.net. lol my name is ameen so that was the obvious choice. yday i did a facelift for my web site which is this.

but i realized that my domain had expired and its going to be parked for the next year. meaning i cant buy it for the prices i did before.
so here’s an oppertunity to get my self a creative domain name. something like 2advanced, fubon or iris.
if i pick the idea any of you guys chose. i will credit you for it on my site.
also you can take a look at some of my other designs on the above url
maybe something which emphersizes on Z or X or something
Hi,
Around 5 years ago (I was only 16) I thought of the name “Romantique Interiors” as a good name for my future business. I even decided to buy the domain name, which expired last year.
Yesterday, I just did a google search, and found this article:
http://www.valorieburton.com/success.htm…
It has a woman talking about her business, which is the same name as the one I had thought of! When I initially thought of the name, nothing existed online with “Romantique” and “Interiors” in a phrase together. AND now the domain I once had is taken.
From research I’ve done, Romantique Interiors has not been trademarked. And Im not entirely sure that this woman is now the owner of the domain I once had. So, should I try to get this name trademarked, and if succesfull, possibly purchase the domain back from the current holder? Advice please!
