i got a domain name for free from microsoft small business last year. i would like to know if it will ever expire (how do i find this out?). if so, is there a way i can renew my domain name before it expires for free?

    Yes it does contact Microsoft Support and they would be able to help you out.

    Yes it expires if you stop paying for it!

    As long as you pay the bill they eventually send you, you got nuttin to worry about.

    Yes, domain names definitely do expire. You buy yearly subscriptions for it, so it’s a good idea to buy for several years since that’s often cheaper.
    You usually renew with the domain registrar that you registered with. But I don’t know what registrar the MS small business service uses. You can try contacting them and see if you can renew with them since you got your domain name with them.
