    HI, all it meant, is that the domain name is now open for sale in the market. So, if you own the name…, and did not renew the domain name on expiration, anyone in the market can buy out the right.

    It will be put up for sale on the open market, but not immediately. There is a period of time where the owner can still reclaim it.
