I was adviced from Registerfly that my domain name falconblanco.com would expire and that I should renew by paying and move the domain to Registerfly. I paid and received payment confirmation and instuctions:
1) – Go to https://registerfly.com/whois/ and do a whois lookup on your name to the current registrar. Go to their website and request the AUTHORIZATION code of the domain name and ensure the name is unlocked. If the name is with ENOM.COM, request the login info of your account.
2) – Once you have the code, go to https://registerfly.com/transfer/status.php enter the code in the box next to the domain name and select the process button, next to it.
3) – You may receive an email from the losing registrar and also from US to approve the transfer once it is approved, it may take 1-2 business days for the name to transfer from the prior company to us.
I did all that. The problem is that at ENOM.COM my domain does not show, I can’t get the authorisation code. I’m stuck!
I tried for days and now my Web site doesn’t show up and also I can’t receive email. From the helpdesk of my host lunarpages I got the same instruction and it doesn’t work because at http://enom.com my domain doesn’t show up and there seems to be no way to connect with a person. I wrote several email, but without response.
I feel impotent and don’t know what to do. It is like asking for a working permission and they tell you that you can only get this if you are resident, but you only get the residence if you have working permission. I am desperate. Please help me. What can I do?
At Enom my domain doesn’t show up, I really tried every thing after loging in.
I went to eNom and did what you wrote. Loged in and searched for falconblanco.com and there was nothing found. I am sure I didn’t make any mistake. I will phone tomorrow morning, now it is too late.
I called eNOM and was surprised that I could talk with an operator, he seemed to be professional and was nice and calm, so that felt good and calmed down my esperation, beside he gave me detailed instruction what to do. Pretty complicate indeed but somehow I see clear now. Thank you both for your advice, I appreciate this ‘answers’ more and more…

first off, your name is still with ENOM

second of all, it is LOCKED, which will prevent you from transferring it
Status: Locked
Name Servers:
dns1.name-services.com
dns2.name-services.com
Third, it expired and until you renew it with ENOM, you will not be able to unlock it and and transfer it
Expiration date: 25 Nov 2007 12:47:56
Also, there should be no need to transfer it. It sounds to me like you are the victim of a marketing effort by a Registrar who preys on people with expiring domain names and conives them into transferring their domain names (needlessly) to their service.
ANSWER:
Renew it with ENOM and leave it where it is.
advise: get away from registerfly.com and stick with enom. you will have more luck to connect with someone at enom. the email you received from registerfly was a trick to get you to go back with them. registerfly wants you to unlock and give authorization to them, to get your business back. apparently from what you write so far, it’s good news, because not able to give registerfly authorization. so now the problem is getting into your account at enom.com. i think once done you only make a payment to renew your domain and there is no wait for your site to go online again, also it will cost less money than transferring your domain back to registerfly. you can log into enom.com?
i have my domains at enom.com and can walk you through.
after you log in, you should see: Account Summary in large orange letters. under this: registered domains: (#). The # showing how many you have, click on this link and it shoud give you the list of your domains. above this list there is a link called: expired, perhaps your domain is in that list. In this list of expired, click on the name and you should see the option to ‘add years’. Go ahead and renew for two years, so you can relax a bit and set the ‘autorenew’ option… found it?

If your domain has already expired, please use the following instructions:
How do I renew (or reactivate) an EXPIRED domain?
Login to your account and choose the menu option DOMAINS in the top menu.
Click on my enom or my account and select the link ยป You have # domain names that have expired.
Find the domain(s) you wish to reactivate in your list and click to place a checkmark in the box to the left of the domain, then click the add to cart button and complete the checkout process.
you have a grace period of about 30-45 days without losing your domain – and once you renew it, you will be online again in just an hour or two.
