Suggestions: DomainSite.com, DynaDot.com, GoDaddy.com All of the suggested registrars have a menu selection to "Transfer" your name to them. You pay your new (lower) registration fee and the new registrar initiates the transfer. The administrative contact for your domain name (hopefully that's you) will receive an email to confirm OK to transfer to the new registrar. You approve and within a few days you get notified that transfer is complete. All settings for DNS, etc. are transferred with domain name so there is no interuption in service for your site. Easy. “Transfer” your domain name to a different registrar.
