		<description>You need to contact the registrar, possibly the same company that is hosting it now. Tell them that the person who originally registered the domain is no longer with  the company (as if they are one of your employees) and you need to change the contact info to your own.

Edit: The company you worked with might be out of business - but there is still a registrar holding the domain. They are who you  want to contact.
