		<description>You could try a website like namejet.com  You can buy expired domains until they are deleted.  They may still have some information but if you bought it already, that information may already be changed.</description>

		<description>Sadly not,  unless you get in contact with a complaint to the domain&#039;s registar the information is not kept publically available (try google cache perhaps) past the ending of the registration date.</description>
