What is the name of those websites/search pages that are up on what were once expired domain names?

I don’t know how to ask this question (wording). But maybe someone has an idea of what I’m talking about. You go to maybe a misspelled domain name or an expired domain name and it’s an annoying search/ad page. What are these pages called?

Parked Pages.

There are parking companies such as Sedo.com or Parked.com that build and host the page at no cost to the owner of the domain name.

Income is generated from the advertising links on the page and is split between the parking company and the domain name owner.
