when you type my site in on google (www.lowbudgeteating.com), no description or anything comes up…just the website name. The domain name is through godaddy and is redirected to 150m.com where it is hosted
here is my heading HTML code
This is a fairly new website.only a month or so old
also, SEO websites recognize my HTML title but all say I have no descriptive and keyword meta tags

Most likely because it hasnt been categorized yet. This can take up to 3 months. Lastly, meta tags dont put you very far up the list. Its all about what site gets the most traffic.
Google does not rely very much on the meta tags of a website, the reason for this is that you can put anything you want there and it can have nothing to do with the actual content of your website.
Instead google uses the actual content of your web page to determine what the description is.
If you check out the cache,
It says that the cache was created May 7th and is of a blank page and according to your meta tags it looks like your website was created May 26th. This would indicate that it last crawled your website on May 7th when you probably had no content on it which is why there is no description underneath, there was nothing there at the time the Google bot visited it.
You will probably have to wait for the Google bot to come back and crawl your website again, which is impossible to predict when.
You have TWO content meta tags. That will penalize you. Not enough keywords.

Need to validate your CSS and HTML coding, too. If you don’t code syntactically and semantically, you’ll be penalized by the Search Engines.
