		<description>If you don&#039;t want to buy the domain name from the cybersquatter, your only option is to hope they let it expire.  If it expires, you can snap it up through a backorder, or through a pre-release auction (depending on the domain&#039;s registrar).

		<description>Just because it is set to expire doesn&#039;t mean they won&#039;t renew it..

You could write and offer to buy the domain name..I&#039;d rate this as your best shot but you could wait and see if they don&#039;t renew the name..

Names can&#039;t be transferred if they are within 60 days of expiration.

I think the name isn&#039;t available to reregister for 60 days after it has expired..Fairly sure of time frame but it is some time for sure..
