When this domain name expires, will I be able to buy it straight away?

expired domain names
JustRish asked:

There is a domain name which I want and will expire soon. It’s not used actually because all it’s littered with is ads. When it expires, will I be able to use it straight away from anywhere?

No, not right away. There is a grace period of 30 days for domains, and then it takes 5 days to delete them…so you’ll have to wait 35 days until after the expiration to buy it….

    See here for details:

The best thing to do if you know for sure you want this name is to take advantage of “back ordering” through your domain registrar. It costs a bit more, but it will make sure that as soon as that domain is available for registration again, you’ll be the one to get it.

With the waiting times, etc after a domain expires it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what day it will be available for registration again, so the back ordering really helps.

You need to wait for expire of that domain, just need to contact to domain owner to buy that domain.
