		<description>According to ICANN, deleted names can be available for resale immediately, but can be held for as long as 45 days.

So, you can try on the day after expiration to see if it is available.  If it&#039;s not available, and the expiration still reads 1/23/09, you can try every day for 45 days until it&#039;s available for purchase.

If you can, use the same registrar it is currently registered with.</description>
