How did you pay for the items? If you paid with credit card you can put in a fraud claim with that company.

1) Never order anything from overseas, and especially NOT from China
2) Dispute the charges with your credit card company
3) Contact a suitable attorney online (such as JustAnswer.com) & ask for free advice.
